Hey there,

I am trying to asssit a group of independant musicians buils a download store for their mp3's as well as cds

I am unsure of the process in allowing someone to download the mp3 from the server once they have conducted a paypal transaction.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as they write some cool tracks.

you define the products as downloads - using the products attributes on the osc admin. Then once the customer comes back from the payment gateway he has a link available to download. Should be straight forward. There is also a download controller contribution and a workaround in case your checkout procedure allows the download before the payment is through.

yes its right there on the Products Attributes section of your screenshot. Where it shows filemane. It has already a name assigned to it. For other products just click edit there and assign a filename to the attributes dialog.

Just make sure the filename points to a valid one.
