My shop has been live for about a month and I've had nothing but trouble with PayPal. I'm ready to use another payment module option, but wondering if anyone has an opinion on which is the most preffered. The two main issues are seamless integration and low fees. Does anyone have a suggestion?

It depends upon your volume. Paypal has the lowest fees (to you) if you only have a few sales a month. If you are doing $1,000/week, then you need to look at Authorize.net.
