i successfully connected my shop to the paypal sandbox and processed a number of transactions. i just now took it live, changed the cert and cert username/password to the live versions. i then tried to process a real credit card transaction but it said:
There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again.
how can i trouble shoot this and what might be wrong?

nevermind. i've heard too many bad things about wpp. switching to authorize.net
