Hi,

I am set up with SSL. I receive an email notice to login to retrieve the card numbers, but when I try to log in it doesn't recognize my login and or password. How do I reset either or both?

Contact your the co. where you got the SSl from.

I did contact them. They said that the set up comes from my ecommerce osc service.
Anyone else experienced this problem? I don't believe I'm alone on this one.

I think you are alone.

SSL does not explain your problem.

I think you mean to login to your payment gateway!

If this is the case, you should consider other payment gateways. You should not have to get CC numbers.
