in control panel admin write: You are not protected by a secure SSL connection.
and what a function secure SSL?

and how to remove point 1, 2, 3, 4 in index?

You need to install an ssl and enable it in admin/includes/configure.php.

To remove the text on the index page, just follow the instructions in that text.
