When a customer pays any other way than paypal 2 emails are sent. 1 to customer and one for the firm.
When customer uses paypal the firm gets no confirmation email and it does not look like the customer gets an email from the firm.
Paypal send us an email confirming payment, so we know a sale has occured.
Anyone any idea why this happens and how to resolve it?
Also when paying by paypal there are 2 orders showing in the order list, but only one payment. it looks like the cart saves the contents and when paypal returns the customer an order is saved again. Using paypal IPN.
Any ideas on that?
