Is there any way to retrieve password? Can I do anything to retrieve from ftp folder or sql?

Use PHPMyAdmin to change the password of the Admin User.
When you put in the new password, make sure that you select MD5 in the dropdown.

I am using phpmyadmin, by Ipower host, I can delete the password, but cant create.........

Wait, I can set username and password, I chose MD5 for the password, left blank on the username, but not working~ do I have to delete old one 1st?

I deleted old login, create new username , and new password,chose md5 for password, the rest left blank, then still cant log in~ Help me plz T_T

Which password are you struggling with? The password for the database, or the password to login to the admin folder of your osCommerce website?

If it's the password for the database, it will be in your includes/configure.php

If it's the password for the admin folder of the website, it'll most likely be in .htpasswd
