I am also very new to this e commerce site.But I think there should be a way once can disable the payment options like credit card and C.O.D. options.By this way it is possible that only orders will be confirmed without payment options.This orders can be viewed by you from your admin page and you can respond to your customers thro email.IF you selected for your orders to be sent to your email id then you will also receive a copy in your email account. But I am not sure this is possible. I also want the same facility.What you think.
