I am not a computer person so please be aware of this..I am trying to learn. I am having trouble right now with my shopping cart not allowing a person to buy more than one of an item. I listed a saucer for sale and said I had four available. I had put 4 in the quantity box in the catalog also. When you click on the buy it button it shows 1 saucer in the shopping cart. I change the quantity to 4, shipping still is only for one, and the final confirmation page shows me buying 1 item and shipping for 1 item. How do I fix this problem? did you click the update button? when I tried to add 3 saucers the shopping cart shows 3 (I didn't go thru checkout because I didn't create an account)

Oh, Marcella, I feel so silly! But thank you so much. I always thought that update button was just for removing an item since it is below the removal box. Well, at least now I will be able to tell people what they need to do. Luckily yesterday, the lady who wanted multiple items emailed me with her phone no. and we finished the transaction over the phone, but I really think some people are leaving my site because they can't figure things out--like me! It seems I get a lot of people who are not very computer saavy.
