Hey

As oscommerce is today, under every product the description field is more or less one big mess.

Is there a way or an addon, which makes it possible to edit the format (font, size, color, bold etc)

I know its possible to use html tags, but im making this for my friend, and im sure he will get very confuse if he sees all these html tags, and he will never be able to learn it


In his perfect world, there should be like 4 fields and the describtion under each product should look like this:

product: chair
size: 23x12
artist: oscomerce
other info: Pretty cool software

Any idea how i do this?

If you want all of this to be in the product description, with the line returns and bold, you will need to you html to do it. Just have your friend use <br> and <b>. Those are the only two needed to do what you want (if all standard font color)

Ok ill try to explain it to him... but is there a way so some of the code is prewritten eg.

< b >product: < /b >
< br >< b >size: < /b >
< br >< b >artist: < /b >
< br >< b >other info: < /b >

In that way he would just have to fill out the info after < /b>

Should work.
