now i can not get into the adin/login

Looks like you may have placed some files in the wrong folders during your installation.

Restore your site with your backup and then begin the installation again, this time keeping the folder structure intact.

I cant restore? i can not get in to the admin side at all, is there a way to restore another way?

Yeah, if this is a new installation, just FTP your old files over the ones that you modified. STS does not make any changes to the database so there is no need to mess with it.

I had the same error. As usually, it's got nothing to do with STS. As they said above, the files probably went into the wrong folder.

In my case, it was the "mysite.com/admin/includes/..." instead of "mysite.com/includes/...". This human error occurs when the user first puts stuff in "mysite.com/admin/includes/..." and then goes to step 2 to put stuff in "mysite.com/includes/..." forgetting to switch FTP folders (because they both have the same name).
