OKay I found the problem. I have the wrong module installed... didn't know there were so many.
Next problem now I have the right module in place I can't get the Canada Post handling fee working on osCommerce. Canada Post tells me they're sending the information to my site but my site isn't making use of the information. Anyone know more about this?
