Hi there folks. I've done quite a bit of searching, but as yet haven't found quite what I'm looking for. I want to offer free shipping if a cutomer spends over a certain amount of money, but if a customer orders over 30kg of products, it means that I have to ship two parcels. In such a case I would like to offer free shipping on the the first parcel and then charge the customer for subsequent parcels. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Jim, I don't know if you ever found a solution, but have you had a look at this one:
Custom Table Rate with 2 Fields. I've not tried it yet, but it seems to handle permutations of cost/weight.
