I've set up my Sandbox accounts and wanted to test the postage preferences with the shopping cart, but my test seller account won't let me configure any postage limits - I get the message "PayPal Postage is not available. We apologise for the inconvenience". is this a tempoaray thing or permenant? I need to test the postage as I'm getting that age old problem of OSCommerce adding postage, then when it comes thru to a live paypal account, the postage has been stripped away.
