I have just downloaded sls package, it's in bitcomet, so what do i do with it now?

how do i put this where its meant to go now?

Sorry STSPackage, andbit comet is like utorrent (a program that downloads everything)

I've move it to my desktop but dont know how to put it where its meant to go???
