Is it possible to set up shipping based on number of items purchased instead of weight? As an example if you buy1- 4 items, cost is 4.00, if you buy 5-8 items, cost is 5.00 and so forth. You can set all weight values of the items to 1.00 and use weight (in this case weight = items).
For use in different country you can "clone" the table rate (e.g. to table rate2, table rate 3, etc.)
