I sell all natural gourmet cheese and other perishable items through my store in Ohio. My problem is during the summer months when I have to take "ground" shipping off because the nice people out west (Cal, Arizona, etc.) think a 3 pound wheel of cheese is going to be good after 5 days in July heat using ground shipping. My problem is I turn this option off and then the people in and around ohio that can use ground shipping can't so they don't order! Any advice would be appreciated. www.heinis.com
