I want to use the Order Editor in the admin area for a "call center" to enter in phone orders. I noticed that once you add products to the order the shipping is still $0.00. UPS and USPS are listed in the shipping drop down, yet the individual types (Ground, Next Day, etc) and their pricing are not. My question is, is the Order Editor suppose to calculate the shipping automatically? If not is there some module that will allow me to create customers and orders in the admin area and calculate everything for me?
