Hello,

I'm a "newbie" (please don't throw tomatoes!), and I am having some issues getting my osCommerce store to do what I want. smile.gif

I just made some items in my store free by changing the price to 0.00

To test this, I created a customer account for myself and put the free items in my shopping cart and checked out.

The problem is that when I do this, I still get directed to Paypal and Paypal requires me to put in an amount greater than zero.

Is there a way I can make an item free-for-all, get the visitor/freebie-seeker to go through the registration process and send them the link for the item without requiring them to go through Paypal for a zero amount total?

Obv, if they are buying one of the non-free items at the same time, this isn't an issue, because then the total won't be 0.00, but I want people to register on my site even if they aren't buying anything, and I'm using the free items as promos to get them to do this.

thanks,

Vicki

Thank you! I will have my tech support person install it.
