I've noticed a few stores leaving the Products Model in admin empty.
But you need this text to be filled in ! Look -I'll show you why .....

Go to Admin -> Catalog > Catergories / Products

Add a new product
.
Product Name - This is the descriptive text that appears at the top of the page when looking at a product.

Product Description - A paragraph or two about the Product
.
Products Model- This appears as the link in the breadcrumb trail

If this is empty, breadcrumb would point to nothing

Look at this example ->

Imagine a store had OSCommerce as a free download ->

The model appears at the end of the breadcrumb trail text .
(I've set it as bold) .

This doesn't go to anything - - could you please repost the URL?

The following contribution changes the model number in the breadcrumb trail to the product name.

Hope this helps.
